2, Purpose of usage of personal data.

The Company shall clearly state in advance the purpose for which the personal information is to be used and use it within the scope of that purpose when it receives personal information from the customer. If it becomes necessary to use the customer's personal information beyond the stated purpose of use, we will inform the customer to that effect and obtain the customer's consent before using the information. Notwithstanding (1) above, the Company may provide the customer's address, name, telephone number, etc. to its affiliated companies or agents when it is deemed appropriate for them to provide services to the customer or respond to the customer's enquiries. In this case, the customer may request the Company to stop the provision of personal information to the relevant affiliated company or agency.

5、Disclosures and exchange of information and transfers outside the EE

For the aforementioned reasons, we may share and exchange information with our group businesses, credit reference agencies, service providers, representatives and agents, as well as law enforcement authorities and regulatory organisations. As indicated above, information may be stored at our offices and those of our group businesses, as well as third-party credit reference agencies, service providers, representatives, and agents.
